How do I make a Retail online order?

How much are your delivery fees?
Products will be shipped for free within South Africa, if the total order exceeds R 450. Should the purchase amount be less than R 450 then a fixed delivery fee of R 60 excluding Vat will then be charged automatically.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Unfortunately you cannot but you will receive your delivery in one to seven working days depending on your location in South Africa.
Can I return my purchase?
We deliver food goods thus if the product has been opened you cannot return the goods. Products that have not been opened and not damaged in any way may be returned so long as this is done within seven days after the purchase. The buyer will have to send the returned goods to our company at their own cost should a return occur. This likewise must be done within several days after receiving the goods. Please call the office for assistance with regards to returns if needed.
Do you have a physical retail store that I can visit?
We do not have physical retail store. However we have now opened an online retail store in 2020 to which we will deliver to your door.
